Delivery / Distribution:
Orders are basically treated within 1 - 3 days (working
days?). If the ware is (goods are) not available ex warehouse (in stock)
you will be informed about the delivery date. Delivery is exclusively
made by post.

Postage & Packaging:
If the order - value is less than 100,00 € we credit
a lump sum of 10,00 €, otherwise we don't credit costs for Postage
and Packaging.

Payment:
Currently we offer you to pay with credit cards (VISA,
Mastercard, American Express, Diners, JCB) or by advance payment. Subject
to change. Payment with credit card is debtited immediately. Advance
payment has to be transferred to our account.

Dataprotection & Safety:
Of course we don't give (reveal, pass on) information
about our clients to other persons. On our website you can make orders
for ware and services via an order form. These dates we need for the
delivery of our products and services, for the confirmation of order,
the invoice and - if necessary - for taking up contact with the clients.
When ordering products or services, the input of critical dates (as
for example name, adress, credit card information, etc.) is made via
an encoded connection between your browser and our website. Credit
cards are debited immediately (directly) in cooperation with Saferpay
via an encoded connection with the credit (card) institute.

Exchange:
Basically an exchange is only possible if factory defaults
exist. When taking ware back to the shop you have to confer with us.
A complaint or exchange is just possible within 2 weeks after the conclusion
of agreement. Textiles are exchangeable only unoccupied and unwashed.
Please examine the textiles carefully before washing! If an article
that is complaint about (taken back to the shop) is not available any
more we credit to you the sum, a repayment is not possible. Before
retourning please contact us, otherwise the retourning ware can't be
accepted. If exchanging because of indication wrong size or order number,
we charge you with postage when ordering again.

Further Clauses:
Mistakes about prices and printing errors are possible.
Delivery while stock last; especially remainders, limited editions
and special offers. Any occuring divergence of the article from an
illustration in one of our catalogues or on our website is a technical
cause and is no defect. When ordering you accept our general terms
of business and delivery. Any collateral agreement need an explicit
written confirmation to be valid (effective). All dates, necessary
for the processing of orders and inquieries, are stored in our EDV
- system and will not be revealed to other persons. All prices are
quoted in € including the prevailing legal value - added tax.
